Everything you need to do from Registering to making tags can be done online. Since you earn 20-25% more at the consignment sale than you would at a traditional consignment store (and much more than at a garage sale) you end up with more money in your pocket!! Plus anyone who consigns gets to shop on Thursday, prior to the sale opening to the public on Friday.

How to consign:

For those of you that are extremely busy or don't want to prep items yourself, we offer preparation and tagging services for you. Contact us to make arrangements. We require a minimum one month notice prior to the sale date for this service; you still earn 50% of the selling price of your items!

Advice for consignors:
Once you have Registered to consign you are ready to start organizing and tagging your items. We recommend prepping items in similar batches, for example tackle your girls clothing first, then boys, then toys. Since you will drop items off sorted by gender and size it is so much easier to organize this way from the start!

Keep in mind the better your clothes and items look, the better chance they will sell! Be sure to wash everything and iron clothes if needed. We do not accept clothing that smells of smoke or pet odor, or items with pet hair.

We accept infants through teens clothing as well as maternity wear. We also accept baby gear and furniture, books, videos, games … almost everything kids! Our complete list of sale guidelines can be found on the What to Sell page.

We recommend pricing items 30-40% of the original selling price. Please review our Merchandise Prep and Pricing page for more information on how to price your items.

Once you have your items sorted and tagged, you are ready to drop off your items and enjoy the sale.

Consignor details:
We have volunteer opportunities available during the sale or you can just relax and wait for your consignment check to arrive! Remember consignors earn 65% of their sales (more if you volunteer); we do charge a $10 consignor fee which we deduct from your earnings check. The fee helps cover our costs of rental, advertising etc. Once the sale is over we will forward your check to you within one month. It's that easy!

Help Recruit Consignors:
We are happy to reward you for recruiting others to consign with KidKonsignNW! Earn an additional 10% of your sales if you refer at least five family members or friends. Please note the person you have referred must mention your referral during their registration process and they must actually consign with us at the sale! Thank you for your referrals, we really appreciate them!
