Volunteers

We need your help to make the sale a success, and hope you will decide to join us as a volunteer. The volunteers are the first to shop, before the public or even the consignors! A small investment of your time gets you in to shop early during the volunteer presale.

Our sale offers great incentives for our volunteers, with a wide variety of times and duties available for you to choose from. Anyone can volunteer: moms, dads, grandparents, brothers, aunts … or anyone else who wants to participate on your behalf. All are welcome to volunteer along with you; their extra shift(s) worked will earn you added benefits! The four hour shifts include options like set up, tear down, inspecting items at drop off, helping customers during the sale, and check out. Please do not bring your kids with you during your volunteer shift.

Our volunteer incentives are as follows:
Work one volunteer shift: earn two passes to the volunteer pre-sale.
Work two shifts: earn four passes to the volunteer pre-sale.
Work three or more shifts: earn four passes to the early bird pre-sale plus you earn an extra 10% of your items sold!

As mentioned, you do not personally have to work all the volunteer shifts; you can work one, with your husband filling in another and your brother helping out with set up for the third slot as an example. Click here to view the schedules and sign up

Consignors: Please log in with your consignor number and password so that your shifts are linked to your consignor account. Non-Consignors: you will sign up as a worker; there is a worker option towards the bottom of the page. There you will set up a Worker Account and password.

You can choose to consign and volunteer or you can volunteer without bringing in a single item to sell.

Other Volunteer Opportunities: Help promote our sale by posting flyers!
Post a minimum of 10 flyers around town and doing so will count as one volunteer shift. Idea’s of locations to post flyers: school (preschool, elementary and middle school only), daycare, church, grocery stores, coffee shops, pizza parlors, apartment complex, etc.

Please make sure you obtain permission from the location prior to posting the flyer. Print the flyers in color; black and white is not acceptable. Flyers must be posted a minimum of two weeks prior to the sale. Send me an email with a listing of where you have posted flyers, and you have earned one shift! click here to download the sale flyer.
